KILOS.PH partnered with **Talang Dalisay** for a special World Suicide Prevention Day (WSPD) charity workout, raising mental health awareness and creating a safe space for open conversation. ## Moving Together for Mental Health Awareness The event brought together dozens of participants for a partner workout focused on teamwork, communication, and mutual encouragement. Coaches designed movement patterns that encouraged shared effort, keeping the atmosphere uplifting, compassionate, and focused on collective well-being. ## Breaking Stigmas Through Genuine Community Creating a space where people feel truly seen, supported, and valued is central to the KILOS philosophy.
