KILOS.PH now features **4 CENTR sled lanes, 10 Assault AirRunners, and a dedicated outdoor track**, making it one of the most complete functional conditioning centers around. ## Built for Optimal Class Flow and Zero Waiting Expanding our sled lanes and adding ten curved treadmills means smooth class flow and zero waiting around during high-intensity conditioning intervals. Pairing that indoor setup with our outdoor track gives members the perfect mix of structured turf work and open-air running options. ## Premium Equipment for Every Member We believe everyone deserves access to top-tier equipment, regardless of their current athletic background or fitness experience. Our CENTR sleds and Assault AirRunners provide smooth, low-impact movement patterns that accommodate both beginners learning to run and athletes sprinting for speed. ## Train in Metro Manila’s Premier Space World-class facilities mean very little without a great community inside them to bring the space to life.
