We're Looking For:

We are seeking a diligent and reliable individual to join our team as a full-time Facility Custodian.

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

As Facility Custodian at KILOS 🇵🇭, you will be responsible for:

• Cleaning and Sanitization:

• • Performing thorough cleaning and sanitization of all areas of the gym, including but not limited to:

• • Gym floors (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming)
  • Fitness equipment (cleaning and disinfecting)
  • Restrooms (cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking supplies)
  • Common areas (lobbies, hallways, mezzanine, lounge)
  • Windows and mirrors
  • Office
  • Using cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and effectively.
  • Adhering to established cleaning schedules and procedures.

• Maintenance and Safety:

• • Identifying and reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
  • Ensuring that all areas of the gym are free of debris, spills, and other hazards and that the facility is always presented in a way that demonstrates respect and care for our members' well-being.
  • Maintaining an organized and well-stocked cleaning supply area.
  • Assisting with the setup and cleanup of gym events as needed.

• General Support:

• • Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste properly.
  • Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor while performing duties.
  • Assisting other staff members as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a custodial or cleaning role preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment, and their safe use.
• Strong attention to detail and a thorough approach to cleaning.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-service-oriented mindset.
