We're Looking For:
We are seeking highly qualified and motivated Strength and Conditioning Coaches to partner with us as freelance coaches.
You should have a proven track record of success in designing and implementing effective strength and conditioning programs for athletes of various sports and levels.
Roles and Responsibilities
As a Freelance Strength & Conditioning Coach at KILOS 🇵🇭, you will be responsible for:
- Designing and Implementing Programs: Developing comprehensive and individualized strength and conditioning programs tailored to the specific needs of athletes and teams.
- Conducting Training Sessions: Leading dynamic and effective training sessions, ensuring proper exercise technique, safety, and progression.
- Athlete Assessment: Evaluating athletes' current fitness levels, identifying areas for improvement, and tracking progress over time.
- Performance Improvements: Utilizing evidence-based training methodologies to improve athletes' strength, power, speed, agility, and endurance.
- Communication and Collaboration: Maintaining open communication with athletes, providing feedback, and collaborating with other coaches and staff as needed.
- Adhering to Policies: Adhering to KILOS 🇵🇭 facility policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and professional training environment.
- Business Development: Proactively seeking and securing new clients, including individual athletes and teams, to train at KILOS 🇵🇭.
- Time Slot Management: Effectively managing and utilizing assigned time slots at the KILOS 🇵🇭 facility for training sessions.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Strength and Conditioning Coach-related certification from a recognized organization (e.g., NSCA, ACSM).
- Bachelor's degree in exercise science, kinesiology, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in designing and implementing strength and conditioning programs for athletes.
- Proven track record of success in improving athlete performance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
- Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, biomechanics, and sports nutrition.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
