The Masters League 2026 Philippine Qualifiers, recently held at Enderun CrossFit, served as a powerful reminder that competitive excellence has no expiration date. This event drew the most disciplined athletes from across the country to compete for a spot on the regional leaderboard. KILOS.PH was proudly represented by Allan Soller, who delivered a standout performance to secure 2nd place in the Rx 40-44 age group category.
Allan’s success is a testament to the effectiveness of a structured, longevity-focused training plan. Preparing for an over 40 fitness competition requires a nuanced approach that prioritizes movement quality and recovery alongside intensity. By training at KILOS.PH, Allan had access to the elite resources—from our Eleiko bars to the specialized recovery protocols at BounceUp—that allowed him to push his limits while maintaining the structural integrity required for masters-level sports.
Reflecting on the qualifiers, Allan’s podium finish has inspired a new wave of masters athletes within our facility to pursue their own competitive goals. It reinforces the KILOS philosophy that strength is a lifelong journey. While the qualifiers have concluded, the momentum from Allan’s victory continues to drive our masters programming, proving that with the right environment and community, our athletes can stand on any podium, regardless of the age on their ID.
